At Bath Hacks (The Herbal Way to Relax), each product is handcrafted in small batches with care, intention, and attention to quality. Because of this, processing times may vary slightly depending on order volume and product type.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated in the product description. During busy periods (such as festivals, seasonal launches, or collection drops), processing may take up to 7 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time, which will always be noted on the product listing.
Once your order has been prepared and packaged, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
We currently ship through major carriers such as USPS and/or UPS depending on the most reliable and cost-effective option for your order.
Estimated delivery times after shipping:
Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days
Extended or rural areas: may take slightly longer depending on carrier service

Festival & Event Orders
When purchasing from us at Renaissance fairs, festivals, or in-person events, items are typically taken home directly at the time of purchase and are not shipped.
However, if you place a custom order or bulk order during an event, shipping will follow standard processing times and will be shipped after the event concludes. Any event-specific orders will be clearly discussed at the time of purchase.
Handmade Variations
Because all products are handmade in small batches using natural ingredients, slight variations in color, texture, or design may occur. These differences are part of the charm and uniqueness of handcrafted bath products and do not affect quality or performance.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to correct it before shipment.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or damage during transit.
If your package is delayed or appears lost:

Contact the carrier for updates
Then reach out to us so we can assist where possible
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can help resolve the issue.
