Returns & Refunds Policy

At Bath Hacks LLC, we stand behind the quality of our artisanal botanical skincare. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. This section explains our return process, eligibility criteria, and any exceptions that may apply.

Eligibility for Returns

Unopened Items (Online Orders Only)

If you change your mind, unopened and unused items may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, provided that:
The item is in original packaging
The product has not been opened or tampered with
You contact us before sending anything back
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Festival & Event Purchases

All sales made at festivals, markets, Renaissance fairs, or pop-up events are final sale due to the nature of in-person shopping and handling.

Refunds

If a refund is approved:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Processing time may take 3–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
 

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Exceptions & Non-returnable Items

For safety and sanitation reasons, we do not accept returns on:
Bath soaks, oils, soaps, bath bombs, or body products that have been opened or used
Festival or in-person purchases (all sales final at events).
 

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
